Who may use this site

This site and Aramingo’s services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit an inquiry or use the site to seek services if you are under 18. By using the site, submitting an inquiry, or using an account, you confirm that you are at least 18. Aramingo closes any account it learns belongs to someone under 18.

Inquiries

Sending an inquiry through the contact form or by email does not create a management relationship or any other agreement, and Aramingo is not obliged to reply. A management relationship starts only when you and Aramingo sign a management agreement. Do not send passwords, explicit images or videos, or other sensitive material through the form.

Creator Studio accounts

Creator Studio accounts are manually issued by authorized Aramingo staff to agency clients. There is no public self-registration or invitation-token account creation. Use only the account issued for you, keep its credentials confidential, replace a temporary password when required, and notify Aramingo promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or lend an account; use another person’s account; access another Creator’s files or records; bypass an account restriction; or interfere with authentication, rate limits, or security controls. Aramingo may suspend or disable access to protect Creators or the service, address suspected misuse, enforce these terms, or reflect the suspension or end of an agency relationship. Disablement and certain credential changes revoke applicable sessions and sign-in methods.

Your Management Agreement

If you are a Creator with a signed management agreement with Wrldwide Productions LLC, that agreement governs the agency’s services, fees, and the relationship between you and the agency. These terms govern your use of the website and Aramingo Hub. If these terms and your management agreement conflict, your management agreement controls.

Current, conditional, and future features

The current Creator Studio separates its browser-only transformation tools from the server-backed Influencer Name Generator and hybrid Caption Studio. Automatic Caption Studio transcription works on the production website only after the Owner switches it on, and only for Creators and the agency Owner and Admins. Creator Shared Drive upload is offered through the Creator Drive page and, where configured, a “Send to Creator Drive” option in the tools, but it works only when its runtime gates and provider credentials are valid. On the production website, once the Owner switches them on, Creator Studio is open only to Creators the Owner adds to its access list, and the Team Portal only to staff with a Team grant; Team authentication and sessions fail closed elsewhere. FreshBooks connection routes, Owner controls and the Creator invoice-viewing service work on exact private staging and, once the Owner sets up and connects FreshBooks there, on the production website; deployment alone does not enable OAuth or production access. Actual business connection and customer mapping require the authorized Owner’s deliberate actions. When contact controls are enabled, agency contact changes do not change sign-in identity, invoice authorization or FreshBooks records and do not send email. The invoice view is read-only; an unavailable result does not establish that nothing is owed. Describing a conditional feature in these terms does not activate it, promise it, or create a right to use it.

Team Portal access is invitation-managed and tied to the verified Google identity, current role, and server-side authorization Aramingo assigns. There is no self-registration or role selector. Use only the access granted to you, do not share a Team session or attempt another role, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Aramingo may revoke or change Team access, which invalidates existing session state when it is next revalidated.

Browser-local tools

For browser-only tools and manual Caption Studio editing, selected files and text stay in the browser application and are not uploaded by the tool. Preserve your own source copies and review each export. Browser capabilities, interruption, format conversion, cropping, caption parsing, metadata removal, compression, and other transformations may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not guarantee acceptance by any platform.

Metadata and Watermark Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of metadata and watermark tools, including data or marks you add, change, or remove and any TrustMark removal you request. Make only changes you have the rights or legal authority to make. Do not use these tools to misrepresent authorship, ownership, origin, or authenticity, infringe anyone’s rights, or conceal infringement. You remain responsible for any unlawful use you make of the resulting files. Tool access or a successful result does not provide permission or legal clearance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aramingo is not responsible for users’ unauthorized or unlawful addition, alteration, or removal of metadata or watermarks, including TrustMark.

Media tools and uploaded content

Use Shared Drive upload only by an affirmative action in the relevant tool. Cloud transcription runs when you choose it, or automatically when your device cannot transcribe locally, unless you turn off “Use Cloud Captions When This Device Can’t” on Profile Settings; before it sends anything, Caption Studio shows how much audio will be sent and lets you cancel. Cloud transcription sends only the selected browser-prepared audio segment under the limits shown in the tool, not the full source file or filename. Shared Drive sends file bytes directly from the browser to Google Drive and creates bounded control metadata through Aramingo. A control-record expiry is not a promise that a Google Drive file is automatically deleted.

You may select, process, or upload only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not provide malicious files, another person’s private content without permission, or material whose processing would violate law, a platform’s terms, or third-party rights. You retain your rights in authorized source content and grant Aramingo and its processors only the limited permission needed to perform the requested operation. Aramingo may close the accounts of people who repeatedly use the site or its tools to infringe other people’s rights.

Automated Results

Some tools use automated or AI-assisted processing. Their results can be wrong, incomplete, or different from what you expect. Review every result before you publish, share, or rely on it; you are responsible for what you post.

Leak Tracing and Watermarks

Leak-tracing and watermarking features add marks that can help show where a copy came from. A mark is not proof of who shared a copy, and marks can be removed or damaged when a file is edited, cropped, or re-encoded. Aramingo does not promise that a leak will be found, traced, or taken down.

Consent and Prohibited Content

Never upload, process, send, or store through the site or its tools any content that shows, or appears to show, a person under 18, or any intimate or sexual content of a person who has not consented to it being created and shared, including content made to look like a real person without their consent. Aramingo removes such content, may close any account involved, and reports apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperates with law enforcement as the law requires. To report content you believe breaks this rule, including intimate images of you shared without your consent, email the address below; Aramingo acts on reports as quickly as it can.

Using the name generator

The Influencer Name Generator is currently part of authenticated Creator Studio. When enabled, the generator is an authenticated Creator Studio tool available only to active agency clients using their own issued account. It is a creative tool for individual Creator use. You may use an individual result, including for commercial branding, subject to other people’s and businesses’ rights. Aramingo does not claim exclusive ownership of an individual result, and a generated name is not guaranteed to be original, available as a handle or domain, or free of trademark, publicity, or other rights. You are responsible for appropriate searches and professional advice before adoption.

No scraping or dataset extraction

You may not scrape, crawl, enumerate, harvest, or bulk-extract the generator, its outputs, name parts, blocked-name list, rules, or underlying data, or reproduce or use them to build a competing dataset, generator, or service. You may not bypass or reverse engineer access controls, bot checks, rate limits, quotas, or other protections. Ordinary search indexing of public informational pages is allowed only when it respects Aramingo’s crawler instructions and does not attempt to access private routes or endpoints.

Ownership

Wrldwide Productions LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the site, artwork, branding, software, generator compilation and selection system, and non-public data to the extent protected by law. These terms permit use of the site and offered tools; they do not transfer those rights.

Feedback

If you send Aramingo ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the site or its tools, Aramingo may use them for any purpose without paying or crediting you. Sending feedback does not give you any rights in the site or its tools.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit false or abusive information, introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, overload the service, automate excessive requests, or interfere with another visitor or authorized user. Aramingo may limit or block access needed to protect the service and its users.

Third-party services

The website and conditional tools may link to or use services Aramingo does not control, including Cloudflare, Resend, Google services, and FreshBooks when its conditional accounting integration is enabled. Their availability, content, and practices are governed by their own terms and policies. A third-party outage or decision may make a feature unavailable. Disabling Aramingo’s FreshBooks integration does not itself revoke consent at FreshBooks or recall already-dispatched provider work. Platform names used on the site, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, are trademarks of their owners. Aramingo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.

No promise of results

Website information is general and is not legal, tax, financial, or business advice. The public site and Creator Studio tools are provided as available. Aramingo does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, a particular business outcome, traffic level, sales result, generated-name clearance, or social-platform decision.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, its tools, and their output are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. This does not change a Creator’s management agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wrldwide Productions LLC and its owners, staff, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the site or these terms, even if told they were possible. To the same extent, Aramingo’s total liability for all claims related to the site or these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Aramingo for use of the site in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and they do not change a Creator’s management agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wrldwide Productions LLC and its owners and staff from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you upload or send through the site, your misuse of the site, or your breach of these terms or the law, except to the extent they were caused by Aramingo.

Ending Access

You may stop using the site at any time. Aramingo may suspend or end your access as described above, or if it stops offering the site or a tool. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue after access ends, including the content permission, ownership, consent and prohibited content, feedback, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, continue to apply.

Governing Law and Disputes

Before bringing a claim about the site or these terms, you and Aramingo agree to try to resolve it informally: email a short description of the issue to the address below, and both sides will try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable United States federal law. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought only in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Aramingo agree to those courts, except where the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. To the extent the law allows, any claim about the site or these terms must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

General Terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part is enforced as far as the law allows. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, for Creators, their management agreement, are the whole agreement between you and Aramingo about the site. Aramingo not enforcing a part of these terms is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; Aramingo may transfer them as part of a reorganization or sale of its business.

Aramingo may give you notices about the site or these terms by email to the address on your account or inquiry, or by posting them on the site, and you agree that these notices count as written notice.

Aramingo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting, or platform services, changes to a platform’s rules, natural disasters, or government action.

Accessibility

Aramingo wants the public site to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology, and aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. If any part of the site is hard to use, email the address below with the page and the problem, and Aramingo will work with you to provide the information or service another way.

Changes

Aramingo may update these terms as the website, tools, or practices change. Revised terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the site and affected tools.

This October 25, 2026 update says that cloud transcription can run automatically when your device cannot transcribe locally, unless you turn off “Use Cloud Captions When This Device Can’t” on Profile Settings. The October 21, 2026 update added responsibility for metadata and watermark changes, including TrustMark removal, and a limitation of Aramingo’s responsibility for users’ unauthorized or unlawful metadata or watermark changes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The October 18, 2026 update adds the age confirmation, that an inquiry does not create an agreement, a platform trademark notice, responsibility for automated results, the limits of leak tracing, a feedback license, a one-year deadline for claims, electronic notices, events beyond Aramingo’s control, how these terms relate to a Creator’s management agreement, consent and prohibited content with a reporting address, repeat infringement, a disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, ending access, informal dispute resolution and Delaware governing law, general terms, an accessibility statement, and names Wrldwide Productions LLC as the operator of the site. The October 12, 2026 update described when automatic Caption Studio transcription works on the production website and for whom, and when the FreshBooks integration works there. The October 10, 2026 update described Creator Studio and Team Portal access on the production website. The October 6, 2026 inquiry-provider update replaced FormSubmit with Resend. The earlier feature-status correction for Creator Shared Drive updated the Website Terms dated September 25, 2026 and is effective on the date shown above.
